Party Tips for a Casino Night

Casino nights are for entertainment only. Players are not playing for cash,  nor do the chips have any monetary value. Each guest is given funny money as they enter the casino party and exchange those for chips. At the end of the party, the chips and funny money are exchanged for tickets, and the ticket are placed in a raffle for a door prizes. Everyone has a chance to win a prize. Funny money has no cash value, nor can it or the tickets be used to purchase the prize.

The number of tables depends on the size group you are expecting for your casino night, and what other entertainment is being provided.  The ratio is usually 70% table positions for the number of people attending. If you are having other party equipment rentals, such as a band or DJ, that percentage can be decreased.  If you are planning a holiday party, consider having a photo booth or a green screen system so your guest can have a timeless keepsake.

Casino nights are based on a 3 hour run time. If you are having a holiday party with a cocktail hour or are serving food as the guest arrive, we recommend that you don't start the casino immediately.  It is best to wait 45 minutes to an hour after the guest arrive to start the casino so that they have time to eat, drink and socialize.  That way, you don't have empty tables.  Also, be sure to leave plenty of time at the end of the casino party for the guest to cash out their winnings for tickets, and to hold the prize drawings.

Do the Casino Dealers teach the guest how to play the game?  

Yes,  Our dealers will give tips to the guest on how to play the game.  If the guest needs a lot of help we recommend that they arrive early ,as the casino night starts, so the dealer can give them more one on one time. It is hard to give lessons during peak time of the casino night.

How far in advance do I need to book the casino?

For an Atlanta casino holiday party it is best to book in July and August. It is possible to book a casino night at the last minute during the holidays but keep in mind dealers and tables are limited..
